Episode 6: Squat fundamentals

Make your squats great again.

The squat is probably the most common and one of the most useful exercises going around.
Whether you do powerlifting, play footy, go to F45 or do CrossFit, you have more than likely done a squat or two.

The question is, do you squat well?

Whether you think you’re good at squatting or not, this video will help.

Start with a low threshold movement (make it easy), and as you develop the movements and positions, increase the difficulty until you reach your goal.
