Warm-up:
give yourself a good 10-15 min warm-up. Make sure your body is ready for what you’re about to make it do.
30 min AMRAP of:
200m awkward object carry
12 handstand pushups
12 jump squats
12 sit-ups
12 push-ups
There’s a lot of people at home trying to figure out what they can do to stay fit, strong, healthy and sane during the lockout.
Here’s a wicked physically and mentally challenging workout that you can do at home. All you need is something awkward to carry and that’s about it.
Challenge yourself with the carry, find something weird around the house or garden and use that.
If you can’t do handstand push-ups (which is most people), drop to pike push-ups, hand release push-ups or just the best push-up variation you can do.
If you’re a little stressed out atm, this is the perfect way to take your mind off what’s going on around the world and show yourself what you’re capable of.
