Muay Thai is one of the best forms of training for so many reasons.

The intensity builds a level of fitness that you won’t get from too many other styles.

The technical requirements make you strong, mobile, balanced, agile and co-ordinated.

And of course the confidence & feeling that comes from being a badass who can throw a powerfult strike and defend themselves when needed.

Here’s coach Joe taking us trhough a Muay Thai based training program that you can do anywhere. With little to no equipment.

Keep your hands clean
Keep your heads up
Keep training
