Learn how to train your core properly on your own.
One of the easiest types of training to do from home is a good core workout.
Just remember, doing things well, having control and having a purpose behind your session always makes the biggest difference.
Core strength comes from the ability to maintain control over your torso during movements.
Something that people get wrong is, the think that being able to do lots of sit-ups or russian twists makes your core stronger.
That’s false.
Like everything, progressive overload (more time under tension, heavier loads, fast movements) over time is what makes you stronger.
So first make sure that you are moving really well before you start ramping up your volume.
If you want to get stronger. Of course, doing more, moving heavier weight is definitely going to work.
You’ll hit your ceiling really quickly if you don’t do it properly.
