Episode 16: Building work capacity from home

You can still build an awesome engine during the lockdown. Here’s how.

Work capacity is your bodies ability to perform work.
 
So how do we modify our workouts at home to maintain or increase our bodies ability to perform?
 
There 5 simple and very effective ways to do it:
 
1. increase duration: It’s simple, work for longer in each set.
2. Decrease rest: Shorten your rest times between sets.
3. Increase volume: Do more work in your workouts. More reps, more sets, more circuits, et.c
4. Increase load: Lift heavier.
5. Time your workouts: Compete against yourself and try to beat yourself each time.
