Here are some fixes to help if you are limited in your squat training.
In a time like now, most of us are limited in our training by 2 main areas:
1. Loading (We have the equipment, but not the same weight as we normally use).
– Tempo/pause work/different ROMs/etc.
2. Equipment (We don’t have access to the same type of equipment or load that we normally would).
– Work on your EQ-IQ (Equipment, Ingenuity). Get creative with equipment.
– Volume. Do more reps, sets, etc.
– Change it up. Use front squats, single-leg, etc.
– Try different loading strategies. There is still so much that we can do.
Wash your hands.
Squat often.
Don’t cough.
