Set a GOAL. Be DISCIPLINED. Stay COMMITTED!
People are searching the internet for “motivation” to help them find their mojo again.
Unfortunately, it’s a search that will never end.
Because motivation is not real.
It does not exist.
There are what we call “motivated people” of course.
But motivation is not this special trait that we can find from watching youtube videos and following inspiring people on Insta.
Motivation is the sum of 3 very valuable things.
1. A goal that you are driven to achieve.
2. The discipline that is required to do the things that need to be done everyday.
3. The commitment to continue doing those things day in, day out, until your goal is achieved.
It’s day 14.
We’ve gone through a tough time.
But now it’s time to step up, get our shit together and start moving forward.
So instead of watching more videos to pump you up.
Go through that list and make sure that you ahve all 3 ticked.
Ask yourself:
“Do I have a goal that I am driven by?”
“Do I have the discipline to do what I have to to achieve that goal?”
“Am I committed to doing what needs to be done for as long as it takes to do it?”
If you answered no to any of those things, then you need to figure out how to make it a yes.
