Set a goal, write it down and get to work.
If you don’t write down your goals, are they even real goals?
When everything was good, the gym was open, we were in our home, work & training routine and we were comfortable with everything that was happening, we all had goals of some sort.
Now, for a lot of us, those goals have been thrown into the wind and we don’t know if we can still achieve them.
Or we definitely can’t because we don’t have access to the equipment or resources that we need.
I think, that in the situation we’re in right now, it’s just as important (if not more important) to work out our goals, write them down, share them with friends, and create a plan to achieve them.
The value of having goals and writing them down isn’t just in the process of having a specific focus. It’s in the feeling of moving forwards.
And right now, giving ourselves the ability to feel like we are making progress in our lives and moving forward is so important for our physical & mental health.
Use your goals to keep you in check, keep you accountable and keep you moving forward.
