Keep your teeps, kicks and checks, in check while you’re training at home.
We’re limited in the techniques that we can practice when we don’t have access to the gym, pad holders, training partners, etc.
So here’s a great drill that you can use to help keep your timing and conditioning on point.
One of the biggest things we teach in Muay Thai is footwork that enables you to defend & strike all the time.
You can use this drill to practice good footwork, good defence and good conditioning.
Try this, 3 sets of 10 reps of each:
Teep left, check left
Teep right, check right
Teep left, check right
Teep right, check left
You can do the exact same thing with kicks, or you can mix it up by doing a check first.
Use a bag, use a wall, use your husband or wife, use your brother or sister if you can.
Stay sharp
Keep your hands up
