DENEE LALOUETTE
Denee is the founder & co-owner of UFT PLAYgrounds. Working with only a small group of people, he has two programs that you can choose from. Strength Foundations & Muay Thai Foundations.
JOEL PERRYMAN
Joel is the general manager & co-owner of UFT PLAYgrounds and has a passion and skill for changing the lives of middle aged men who want to get their lives and health back through his program “The Vigorous Man”.
TANYA DUNCAN
Tanya is a fun loving, hardworking coach whose passion lies in teaching women how to get strong and do amazing things. She runs strength programs just for women who have a background in training and are ready to take their strength to a whole new level.
JOE COVERDALE
Joe has an amazing story of his own. From butcher/smoker/non exerciser to professional fighter and full time coach within a few years. His story is exactly what makes him love helping people change their own lifestyles and move towards health & fitness. His passion and core focus though is in teaching the art of Muay Thai. He helps develop anyone that has a desire to learn martial arts to build their fitness, confidence and overall ability.
GABRIEL DE ROSE
Gabe (his preferred name) has a very specific focus when it comes to training. He is extremely passionate about good movement, increasing performance, injury prevention and he loves all sports.
Because of his passion and his knowledge, he specialises in helping athletes achieve a higher level of performance through effective mechanics and strength & conditioning style training.
EDWARD CODD
With a crazy level of passion and knowledge for strength training and a cheerful disposition, Ed is in the game of helping people who want to get strong AF, get strong AF.
He has a degree in sport science and principles in strength training that can help almost anyone that is willing to do the work.
He’s strong, he’s passionate and he can help you if strength is what you want.
JESS HARROP
Jess is our wild Canadian girl. Fun loving, high energy, always excited and always laughing. With a contagious smile and a real passion for helping people through their fitness journey, you can’t not have fun when you’re in one of her classes.
After experiencing post natal depression and putting on a lot of unwanted weight, her own journey back to health and fitness is nothing short of remarkable.
One of our UFT60 coaches and studying personal trainer, Jess aims to help women who are trying to find that spark again to step up and make fitness a part of their everyday life.
