And when there is so much to learn and so little time in our busy lives to consume it.
We’ve put it together in a 30s video format so that you can continue to learn, grow and add value to your training.
And get better results as you go through your health & fitness journey.
Tip #1 – Time & Consistency
It’s the simplest and most effective tip we can give.
It does not matter what you goal is (weight loss, strength, fitness, a more defined physique, rehab, injury prevention, etc.)
The number 1 contributing factor to your success is how long you train for (over years, not in each session) and how consistent your training is in that time.
In a world where everyone wants the body, the butt, the abs and the skin of an instagram influencer today.
We forget that it takes years of disciplined training, hard work, sweat, failure, sometimes tears, to be that strong, look that way (remember instagram has filters and computers have photoshop) or perform at that level.
So ask yourself this question.
Based on the amount of time and consistency that you have put into your training and your goals, do you deserve them?
If yes, and you haven’t reached them, then you might need to reassess your goals or your training program.
If no, then you need to raise your standards and commitment to your training.
The simplest thing to do is create a training “Default Diary”
That means set aside times and days every week for your training. And nothing is allowed to get in the way of that.
Not stress, not family, not work, nothing.
It’s your time, to look after yourself, get stronger, feel amazing and reach your goals.
Share your default diary and your story and inspire someone else to create theirs.
