Tip #2 – Focus on your feet
It doesn’t matter what you do when you train.
Your connection to the ground, the thing that keep you stable and gives you the ability to move are your feet.
So you should really focus on them.
Because most of us don’t really do any “feet training” days, we forget about them.
But they provide you with the base of all of your training (especially if you perform standing based exercises).
Whether you are doing Muay Thai, Power lifting, CrossFit, Athletics, Running or just a high intensity training program.
Take some extra time to learn what your feet should be doing, how they should be moving (or not moving), their positions and how to use them effectively.
Work from the ground up.
If you start at your base, you will create a far better and more effective foundation for everything else in that movement.
If you don’t know what to do with your feet in certain movements, then tune in to our 30s training tips every weekday morning (around 7:30am) and we’ll show you what to focus on.
Have a great day
